Other than coming to or leaving town, rail service is not particularly used in this area as there are only 2 stations serving Palmdale and 1 more in nearby Lancaster. The Vincent-Grade/Acton Metrolink station serves southern Palmdale and nearby Acton with commuter rail service to/from Los Angeles. It is the metropolitan area's mass-transit hub. The center is also served by Amtrak California, the national passenger rail carrier, using it's Thruway Bus service. The Palmdale Transportation Center in downtown, has daily rail service to Los Angeles area destinations via Metrolink, a commuter rail line. Shuttle Buses operate to/from LAX, costing approximately $70 one way: If you are willing to drive really far (90-120 miles), Long Beach Municipal Airport ( IATA: LGB) and John Wayne International ( IATA: SNA) may also be used as alternates. Traffic can be bad at times, but not nearly as bad as LAX.īakersfield is also an easy to use, uncrowded airport like Ontario, but has less flight options and is also generally more expensive, however, there is little to no traffic problems reaching BFL. Ontario will be much less crowded and easier to use. It is also the closest airport with international airline service. LAX has the most travel options and is generally the least expensive, but is significantly crowded and has many a long line in addition to the excessive traffic one must usually contend with to get to/from the airport. Los Angeles International Airport ( IATA: LAX), Ontario International Airport ( IATA: ONT), and Bakersfield Meadows Field ( IATA: BFL) are all approximately the same distance away time-wise, assuming no traffic. The next closest airport is Bob Hope Airport ( IATA: BUR) in Burbank, approximately one hour's drive to the South, and is served by most major domestic carriers.

No flavor broth and the own tons are a mushy, doughy, flavorless mess. So I take a spoonful of soup with a won ton. Husband brings home the food and it already doesn’t look the same. Not that I mind fast food, but 10 minutes tells me either it’s sitting there ready orrrr something sketchy like that is occurring. The person taking my order said, « 10 minutes». I ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and Wor Won Ton Soup. My son whose been sick for the past 4 days requested Chow Mein.
I ordered the food as my husband got out of work. So we left happy enough with the service, the price and food above all. I was pregnant and made a request that they not use MSG or too much salt. The first time we came, we were pleasantly surprised.
